Another great way to use Terminal.com is with the Lychee terminal snapshot. Lychee is an open source, self hosted, photo management system that can be run from any Linux server. If you already are running a Linux server you can get more information on GitHub, but if that is not the case Terminal.com will work just as well.
If you are someone who wants more control over your photos than Google+ offers this might be worth a look. Terminal.com's terminals come with root access to give you full server control. Lychee uploads photos with no compression and with all photo meta data. Lychee's interface is beautiful on all devices including mobile.
A terminal like Lychee is ideal for someone on Chrome OS. Terminal.com allows you to run various servers that would otherwise require a specialized set up, on a dedicated, traditional computer. Terminal.com allows you to run a specialized instance such as Lychee in much the same way you'd run a Chrome App or load a webpage.
